[ ← BACK ]By using KRUX you agree to these terms. They're short by design — long contracts hide things. If something here is unclear, ask: legal@krux.so.[ 01 · SERVICE ]KRUX provides a chart-research workbench for active traders. You bring market data via your own broker connection; KRUX provides the visualization, indicators, alerts, and analytics layer on top.KRUX is provided "as-is". We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or freedom from bugs.
[ 02 · ACCOUNT ]You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account, transfer it, or use it on behalf of someone else. One human, one account.You must be 18+ to use KRUX. If we discover a minor account, we'll close it.
[ 03 · ACCEPTABLE USE ]You may not:• Scrape or systematically extract data from KRUX (use the Pro API instead — that's what it's for)• Reverse-engineer or recompile any part of the platform• Probe or exploit security vulnerabilities (responsibly disclose to security@krux.so — we run a bounty)• Resell KRUX or wrap it as your own product• Use KRUX to coordinate market manipulation, wash trading, or any conduct that breaches applicable financial regulation
[ 04 · BILLING + CANCELLATION ]Free tier is permanent and free, with the constraints disclosed at /billing.Pro tier is paid monthly or annually via Stripe. Charges recur automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from /settings — you keep Pro access through the end of the billing period you've paid for, then drop to Free. No prorated refunds.Failed payments (declined card, expired card, etc.): we retry three times over 14 days. After the third failure your account drops to Free.We may raise prices for new sign-ups at any time. Existing paid subscribers stay at their current price for at least 12 months from any change.
[ 05 · TERMINATION ]You can delete your account from /settings → Danger. All data purged within 30 days.We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, run abusive workloads, charge back transactions in bad faith, or threaten the platform's stability. We'll give notice when we can; for security incidents we may act immediately.
[ 06 · LIABILITY ]KRUX is not financial advice. See /disclaimer for the full version. Short version: you make the trades, you bear the outcomes, KRUX is the tool not the fiduciary.To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRUX's aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or any trading losses.
[ 07 · CHANGES ]We may update these terms. Material changes get notified by email + an in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, cancel before the effective date.
[ 08 · GOVERNING LAW ]These terms are governed by the laws of England + Wales. Disputes resolved in the courts of England + Wales, except where consumer protection law requires otherwise in your jurisdiction.
